  • Most Jetson devices come equipped with an internal battery that may be replaced by our authorized repair center. Models with external batteries that can be replaced at home are available in our Spare Parts section for purchase. Please note that batteries are not covered in your one-year warranty. For assistance purchasing spare parts, please reach out to our support team at help@ridejetson.com.

  • Jetson has you covered! We offer extended and accidental coverage for ALL of our devices under our Extend Plan. To learn more and view the terms, click here.

  • Jetson products are water-resistant, not waterproof. As with most electric vehicles, exposure to large amounts of water could result in damages not covered by warranty - be careful to keep your device safe from rain and water damage!

  • All warranty claims must be validated with proof of purchase. If you cannot locate your receipt, please contact the store or gift giver directly or click the following link to file an Out of Warranty claim:

  • Jetson serial numbers are typically located on the bottom of most of our devices on a black sticker or are engraved into the body of the device for some bike models. Feel free to reach out to our Support Team at help@ridejetson.com with your model information for additional assistance if needed!
