  • The serial number of your Jetson Element scooter is located on the very bottom of the scooter deck. You will see your Element serial number on a black sticker with the Jetson Electric logo on it.

  • Once the Element is on, tap the Power Button to turn on the headlight and taillight. The light symbol will show on the LED Display.

  • Hold the Power Button and Settings Button at the same time to enter the Settings Mode. Once in the Settings Mode, tap the Power Button to cycle through the options to C2. Tap the Settings Button to turn on Kick Motion Motor Activation. In this mode, the motor will only turn on when the scooter is in motion.

  • Hold the Power Button and Settings Button at the same time to enter the Settings Mode. Once in the Settings Mode, tap the Power Button to cycle through the options to C1. C1 - Tap the Settings Button to switch between mph and km/h.

  • Press the Settings Button to cycle through the speed settings.
    • P0 - No assistance from the motor
    • P1 - Max speed up to 6 mph
    • P2 - Max speed up to 11 mph
    • P3 - Max speed up to 15 mph

  • To charge your Element scooter, first plug the charger into the wall (charger light will illuminate blue/green) before plugging into Charging Port on your scooter. Once connected to your scooter charger light will turn from green/blue to red (indicating it is charging). Once charge is complete, charger light will return back to blue/green. Remember not to turn on the Element while it’s charging and never exceed charging the battery more than 4 hours.

  • First, be sure to look for the L and R symbols on the handle to avoid inserting in the wrong side and strip housing. Next, place the handle in the appropriate side before turning counter clockwise (towards your body) tightly.

  • To turn on your element scooter, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Then place one foot in front, and the other in the back at a 70-90 degree angle. Kick to start the scooter (this feature can be disabled) and gradually press the black throttle on the right, until you are comfortable with increasing speed.
