• The Jetson Quest is designed for ages 12+ and can reach up to 18 miles on a single charge. Keep in mind that range varies depending on rider weight, riding style, speed, terrain, and other factors.

  • Your Jetson Quest can safely handle up to 220 lbs. Heavier riders will naturally achieve less speed and range when riding.

  • Your Jetson Quest scooter can achieve speeds of up to 15 MPH (24 KMH) for most riders. Keep in mind that terrain, rider weight, battery, and even headwinds are huge factors that will affect your maximum speed.

  • While riding your Jetson Quest scooter and pressing the throttle, keep the throttle depressed for up to 8 seconds to automatically engage cruise control.

  • Some earlier versions of our Jetson Quest Scooter default to KMH and this setting cannot be adjusted from the scooter's display. However, you can connect your device to our ridejetson app to track your ride and see speed in MPH.

  • Press the Power Button once to cycle through the speed settings.
    • 1 - Max speed up to 4 mph
    • 2 - Max speed up to 8 mph
    • 3 - Max speed up to 15 mph

  • To install your Quest handles start on the rider's left side, take one handle and twist it towards the rider 3-4 times until it catches. If it does not catch, try the other handle on the same side. Tighten until the handle no longer turns.

Repeat on the rider's right side by twisting the handle towards the rider until it no longer turns.

  • Charging time on your Jetson Quest varies depending on the current battery level of your scooter. When your Quest scooter is completely drained of energy, a full charge can take up to 6 hrs.

  • The charging port on your Jetson Quest is located on the left side of the scooter deck near the front wheel.

  • Power off your Quest scooter and plug the wall connection first to ensure you are seeing a green light. Next, plug the tip of the charger into the charging port on your Quest and the light on the charger will turn red. Remove the charger once the light turns green again or after 4 hrs (whichever comes first).

  • To properly fold your Quest scooter, first unlock the release lever located on the scooter stem. Gently push the stem down at an angle so the silver latch near the handle bars align with the rear fender. Once aligned, the silver latch will easily clip onto the rear fender for a secure fold.

  • The serial number of your Jetson Quest scooter is located on the left side of the scooter deck. The serial number is labeled in a white box on a sticker displaying the Jetson Electric logo. Your serial number should be 15 characters long in total.

  • Light Function - Once the Quest is on, press the Power Button twice to turn on the headlight and taillight. The light symbol will show on the LED Display.

  • The Jetson Quest is motion activated, you will need to push forward with one foot before using the thumb throttle. Please try to take it easy on the throttle until you get used to it.

To slow down or stop your Quest, squeeze the handbrake slowly to avoid stopping abruptly or losing control.

The rear fender of your Quest is to be used as a mudguard, not as a secondary brake.

  • When properly functioning, E02 will appear momentarily on the Quest's LCD display. If the E02 code remains on the screen and does not disappear, please contact Jetson customer support, available 7 days a week.
