    Step 2: Fill out your info

    At checkout, fill out your shipping information and shipping method - we have free shipping on all non-parts orders! When you’re done, go to payment method.

    Step 3: Slice it with Klarna

    On the payment methods page, instead of selecting credit card or paypal, select “Slice it. Pay over time with Klarna” to setup your payment plan. Once you select “Complete Order” you will be redirected to Klarna to complete your purchase.

  • Taxes are applied to all orders appropriately according to the state you place order from.
  • Yes, all transactions are encrypted and we do not store any sensitive payment details on our servers.

     

  • International shipping is available for some countries. Contact our support team at help@ridejetson.com for shipping availability to your desired country.

  • An authorization hold is placed on your method of payment at the time the order is placed. We capture the funds at the time of fulfillment, which usually happens within 24-48 business hours. 

  • Locating your Jetson product manual is now easier than ever, Simply click here to View the manual online at any time or download to print and access offline!

  • Products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to Jetson directly.

    For purchases made directly at ridejetson.com please review our return policy. Then simply contact our team at help@ridejetson.com for assistance with your return.

  • Yes, please sign up for our newsletter to receive notice when we're running a promotion.

  • Many large retailers carry Jetson products. You can contact or visit your local Target, Best Buy, Walmart, or Kohl's store to see our products in person. Click HERE to check out our full list of authorized retailers.

  • We try to process all orders placed on our website within 1 to 2 business days. All orders are shipped via ground shipping method and average delivery times are 1-2 business days for West Coast, 3-4 days for Midwest, and 5-6 days for East Coast. Orders $100 and over ship signature required free. 

    ***Some of our larger electric bicycles (such as Gen 1 Electric Bike and Fatboy Electric Bike) will ship via Truck Freight and the carrier may need to contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please be sure to leave the best contact phone number for them to reach you.

  • At this time, we are unable to support custom orders. However, we offer our products in many colors and designs to make it easy for you to find your style and your look.

  • Contact us immediately by emailing help@ridejetson.com and we will rectify the mistake as efficiently as possible.

  • We primarily ship via Fedex, however some packages may be delivered USPS or UPS.

  • If the box containing your order was visibly damaged in transit, please refuse the package, take pictures and file a claim with carrier immediately. If the damaged package is left at your door, contact us at help@ridejetson.com with images of the packaging and product for further assistance.

  • Due to the size of our products, we cannot ship to PO, APO/FPO addresses. For some smaller replacements parts, we may be able to ship via USPS. Email help@ridejetson.com for a specific inquiry.

  • We currently do not offer order pick up for orders placed on ridejetson.com. However, Jetson products are carried at many major retailers and may be available in a store near you. You can check your local Target, Best Buy, Walmart, or Kohl's store for availability.  

  • We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

  • We are happy to assist you by phone, however if you are having trouble with our website please contact us at help@ridejetson.com

  • In the unlikely event you wish to return your item, Jetson will gladly accept any new and unused product purchased on ridejetson.com. New and unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund (to original method of payment) minus any shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and ensuring that the product arrives undamaged. Products returned in lightly used condition or without original packaging are subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of original product purchase price and will be issued a store credit for the remaining 80% of product value. Products purchased through an authorized retailer must follow the return policies of the retailer and cannot be returned to Jetson directly.

    Follow these steps to return Products within 30 days of purchase:

    Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack the Product in original packaging or sturdy box to ensure the Product will be returned without damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the product does not arrive damaged. Include RMA number in packing slip. Once we receive and inspect the Product, we will process the refund or store credit within 5 business days.

  • Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

  • Shipping charges depend on order total and destination.

    Continental US:
    Free shipping for all Continental US non-parts orders.

    Non-Continental US (Including Alaska & Hawaii):
    Orders of less than $25 have a shipping charge of $9.99.
    Orders between $25 and $99.99 have a shipping charge of $24.99.
    Orders of $100 and over have a 30% off least expensive carrier's shipping charge.

    International:
    We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • You will receive a tracking notification email when your order has shipped. You can also access your order status by logging in to your ridejetson.com account or by contacting our support team at help@ridejetson.com. Please allow 3-5 business days after placing the order for tracking information.

     

  • If you make your purchase directly from Jetson via www.ridejetson.com then your product will ship out of one of our three warehouses. We have a warehouse on the East Coast, West Coast and Midwest.

  • No, we believe electric transportation is the way of the future. We do not make any gas-powered products.

  • All Jetson products are designed in Brooklyn, NY and manufactured in China.
